  1. The very first time I went to a Ruth Chris restaurant, late 90s in Hawaii, I was so impressed with the customer service. I’ve had the opportunity to eat in that restaurant in different states (DC, MD, VA, GA and FL) and the service was the same. Forgetting about brand loyalty, I tried The Palms, which is supposed to be a ‘better’ steakhouse than Ruth Chris, but that customer service was not the same. I’ll stick to Ruth Chris.
