  1. All states need to implement this law to protect their homeowners rights. The fact that squatters have rights is ridiculous. It is especially crazy when those squatters claim to have a lease when the homeowner did not implement it. Here is something not enough people are talking about. One of the line items in squatters rights or if you stayed in the property for more than 30 days and receive mail at that resident. Meanwhile, in states like Michigan and Massachusetts, they are asking Americans to house illegals into their homes for a minimum of 90 days. Can you imagine when those illegals are in your home, receives mail, 30 days passes and now you want to evict them, but you can’t because of ‘squatters rights?’ These states are setting American citizens up for the homes to be take it away from them.
