How is this not lawfare and how is it being led by people who cry about criminal justice reform, emptying prisons, no bail advocates UNLESS a it is someone who disagrees with them. I hope that since these are seasoned attorneys, they will work with the defense to use this opportunity to finally get the evidence all courts had previously refused to review at these hearing. Bring the kraken to that case discovery and force them to argue on that merit. Im going to keep saying it, all of this is to poison and keep Trump's name in the media with voters because they know a segment of the US population suffers with severe TDS. There were also certain polls that show Teump leading the puppet but if he is convicted, the puppet takes the lead. All of these cases are in deep blue districts where the chance of conviction is high regardless of the evidence. This is what they are gambling on.
