  1. Only a fool is going to think if they tax a company more, they are not going to pass that along to the customers. Yes, oil companies are making profits, maybe even record profits BUT will only operate having profits. No one complaining about oil profits complain about pharmaceutical record profits when they are getting billions from the government.
