  1. Dems don’t want to fix the problems plaguing the black community. If they fix the crime, poverty, poor schools, they will lose their political power because they can no longer use that every election cycle as issues to campaign on to collect big donations. Yes, they are collecting the money to fix those issues, they are just squandering it at the top and it is not getting to the people who need it.
