  1. Look at how misleading that news segment is. Do they think they will get no down payment, no closing costs for those homes pictured in this segment? The program is directed at black communities and I don’t think those homes/ subdivision pictured fall into what they are talking about. But that is okay, when they can’t pay their mortgage, they will just say asking for a monthly mortgage payment is racist.

  2. What can go wrong with this? It’s funny how I was able to get three mortgages including an investment property being black, married and even single but I could have waited and played my race card for everything.

  3. Hold up, why isn’t Atlanta one of the cities for this text? Homes are/were a lot more affordable in Atlanta than in LA.
