  3. I learned about Juneteenth while in the military from a Texas guy. Ironically, my niece never heard about it when she went to and graduated from Tuskegee but learned about it last year when Trump mentioned it and I explained it to her, her husband and my mom.

  4.  @arjanapage7088  It seems like DoD schools having parents influence is a system worthy of respect. I wonder how that is going now with all that’s going on with this country? I never served OCONUS so my child never experienced DoD schools. Congrats on you/your family retirement👊🏽👊🏾. I’m a retiree too and is VERY grateful, I’m not in the military now.
