Congress needs to pass a law, any city/mayor/governor/public official that refuses to assist in locking up illegals, any Americans that are hurt by any illegals, they can sue those persons personally, they lose their immunity as public officials and they will not be allowed to use to city/state funds for those lawsuits. Since they believe in illegals over Americans, let them put their money where they heart is.
