It is time for that school to sue on the basis of sex. In the lawsuit, do not use the term gender or identity in this lawsuit unless they are stating how it conflicts. Reiterate the differences between sex and gender and mention how gender should not automatically trump sex in policies, laws, spaces and sports. Sex matters. Sex not gender.
