  3. This is what I’m afraid of. When I bought my home 7 years ago, a new construction home that offers special financing if you use their financing company. Normally, they sell those loans to banks after closing. All of my loans have been sold but normally it was sold to top banks. My current loan was sold as usual but not to a top bank. I currently have a 2.2% interest rate and I am afraid if that bank folds, what will happen to my 2.2% interest rate?

  4. Anyone who have been paying attention for the last few years know the fed will continue to manipulate their data for this senile puppet. Every month, they report an unemployment rate and then they do a correction weeks later. Everything is manipulated. The truth is the categories the government/media monitor and report on, do not represent the real impact to regular people finances. We know whatever the true numbers are, this administration and their influencers will lie about the results anyway.
