  1. I hear what you are saying and hope this work as you said. I don’t see progressives folding on not voting on the $1.5 because they have always vote party line regardless of the tweet threats. My opinion is no funding that ALL tax payers contribute to should be approved and passed by partisan politics. Both sides pay, both sides approve.
