  2. We are our first line of defense because cops don’t live with you or is everywhere, all of the time. As for the video, we don’t have the time stamp to verify that and that is needed before judgment is done. I’m not excusing what happened but we don’t know if the shooting stopped or was ongoing when families got to the school. To minimize more cartilage, they need to secure the area around the scene or space.
