If they want to go the criminal route, the evidence they use would not be accepted because many were falsified and base on hear say. Would those people survive cross-examination? Will Nancy be deposed? The FBI right now is refusing to honor FIOA requests to validate what happened meaning they have something to hide. It was good for McConnell to say that out loud but I don’t think a criminal trial will be legit.
