  2. Before studying reparations, they should study where the funding in black communities are going. How are the leaders getting wealthy while their people quality of life is stagnant? Fix the public schools systems, set up training in the community for financial management and job training with job placement. Colleges need to implement job placement. I agree, reparations isn’t a fix but adds to the problem.

  3. They are going to give this money to who exactly. Throw money to people, many who do not understand how to manage the little they have now, is questionable. Trump gave HBCU money for 10 years. What happened to that money?
