I think RINOs time in office is over. Too many voters are now aware of their crap and we are not having this anymore. Big donors need to adopt or get the hell out of the way. We are tired of them paying off candidates to do their dirty bidding. The problem with Mitch retiring now is Kentucky governor is currently a Dem. If the governor selects his replacement, he shouldn’t but if the Senate confirms his replacement (someone mentioned this but I didn’t confirm it), go for it. Politicians should campaign on term, age limits and competency tests. Old people are valuable members of society but they can volunteer their time as advisers or mentors in non taxpayer rolls and not holding elected positions.

Yes, the US government desperately needs term and age limits. The median age in the US is around 38, retirement age is 65-67. Why are there so many 70-80 year olds in these positions? Again, they are free to volunteer to assist and mentor those who are in office but this should not be their primary job. When they show lack of competency, it proves how they are a bunch of puppets in our Senate following orders from their puppet masters. Between him, Feinstein, Fetterman not because of age but his medical situation, add the senile idiot ocupying 1600 Penn ave, the US political system have become a joke.
