What people are failing to see is that ‘reparations’ are being paid right now. It is just not going to the everyday citizens. It is going to their donors and NGOs who are making lots of money from these ‘programs they are studying.’ But it is sad to say, giving out free money is the way to get voters. When you see street interviews, there are people who say they support Trump because he gave or will give them money.
