Exactly. Corporations get tax cuts to move in lots of states. The wealthy moves around their money and have tax guys that finds ways to get over.

This was my first thought. Everyone don’t live in the city where they have access to public transportation. The trick used to be, the further away from the city, the cheaper the homes were and many outlining city didn’t want public transportation.

@mal35m Sadly, I know. I tried to explain that to my socialist 20 yr old daughter when she talks about tax the rich. The very top CEOs, don’t take a paycheck. How is the government going to tax a nonexistent income and when they hide their money in tax friendly states or countries. I’m tired of explaining this simple fact to people. I wish we could just segregate and let them deal with the consequences of their vote.

@leeh-xh1iw So let me understand this...crime level is higher in the city and they want more people to live there. Even in the gentrified areas, crime level is not low. They are afraid to talk about that crime, deter it or do something to hold those criminals accountable. These people wants us to be exterminated.

‘Their only raising taxes on $400k+’ is obviously a lie. Biden says he is going to cancel Trump’s tax cuts. Trump’s tax cut helped lower income people as well not just corporations. If that gets canceled, those LOW INCOME people taxes will go back to pre-tax cut levels which equals a RAISE in current taxes.
