  1. This is some bull shiggidy! Southwest deserves to fail and they BETTER not get federal bailout for this sh!t. I agree with your analysis that Southwest is banking on the customer forgetting to follow up on their refund. I’ve wasted hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars because I forgot about voucher I had to fly. Also, I’ve resented been crusted by an airline canceling one leg of my flight but not automatically refunding my ticket. It took over 5 different calls (international calls too) to get my money back. If there is a seat available? Isn’t Southwest the airlines with NO assigned seating?
