I agree, boycott for the long haul. I stopped buying Nike around 2010, Oreo 2017, going to the movie 2018, Target 2018, JCPenny a very long time ago. Those brands are still around but not because of me. I’m just one person and we need millions.

@trusound170 That was back in 2018 and we did the ‘hood’ thing and took our snacks with us. Here’s a flashback. In the late 90s, I went to the movies with my male friends. Back then, we were in our 20s and traveled with backpacks. I had the backpack on my stomach and was wearing a jacket to cover it, in Hawaii, so I looked pregnant. It was filled with Heineken and candy. The good ole days!

@trusound170 I stand corrected. I shouldn’t have used the word ‘hood.’ I confess, I didn’t know what other word to use. Back then, I have had conversations with people looking down on me for doing that. Of course, they were the goody-too-shoos people saying that. I am proud to be cheap too. Guess what, I have more money than them now because I am cheap, aka financially responsible.
