Of course, never let a crisis go to waste. Anyone who thinks human can change hurricane formation are ridiculous. We, in the US, can start living like the Flintstones, that will not stop hurricanes from forming mostly off Africa, and snow or rain clouds from forming. Only stupid people will believe other stupid people. Keep in mind, these people can’t fix the crime or border issues but we are supposed to believe they can change naturally occurring events and Mother Nature.
