I wonder if that course spoke about Booker T Washington, Frederick Douglass, how the first black politicians were all Republicans. Did they mentioned it was the belief in GOD and having faith that got slaves through slavery not ‘queer’ bs? Because a focus was on queer history, did they mention how the black community was, still is, very homophobic because of their beliefs in God?
