GOP donors are willing to waste money pushing people the base will absolutely not vote for. The only person that will be competition for Trump is DeSantis. No other person have a chance in hell. Christie, Pence, Hogan, lol. They are not going to 1% support from anyone outside of establishment. The other 4 would be good a VP option. I agree with Marc, attacking DeSantis was a bad move and very immature. I liked what Trump did for the country but I will pick DeSantis over him.
