  1. I am tired on hearing people use the low black homeowners as an excuse to throw more money at what may not be a problems. Using my high school friends group of 4, I am the only homeowner because the others didn’t/don’t find homeownership to be a priority. However, from my 4 military friend group, we are all homeowners. The point is not everyone wants to buy a home.
