  2. Between 1994-present, I lived in 4 states. All of those states have bridges/major roads built, highways/interstate county/city roads repaved annually, airports expanded, that is infrastructure. What are other states doing or not doing why they are not fixing their infrastructure or why big government need to spend so much?
