Those college students are young adults. Stop coddling them. They should be grown enough to be able to think for themselves instead of just following along to get along, being a NPC because they think that’s what they have to do. They need to grow up and deal with the consequences of the decisions that they make. There’s nothing wrong with sitting things out.
