  1. An illegal going to get an ID should be used to sent them back to their country to enter the US the legal way. They are not entitled to any US privilege. What most don’t know is the DMV is connected to the voting roll in many states. It is your state driver’s license or state ID that is scanned to get a ballot. Unless there is a code in the system to not issue them a ballot, this is a way for them to vote in our elections.
