  1. Exactly. Lt Gov Sears is correct. If they were being released in their neighborhoods, that would not be happening. Imagine school systems taking in lots of non English speaking children in classrooms. What can go wrong? They are willing to let American tax paying citizens children classroom lessons be slowed down to cater to those non English speaking children.
