This is a scandal. If he is fit to serve in political office, he wouldn’t need closed captioning. How is he going to perform in Senate hearings? He is not well and should sit this election out until he gets better. This shows how Dems do not care about the health and well-being of candidates but only wants a puppet who can rubber stamp their radical agenda.
