  1. School are allowing kids to graduate not having a basic proficiency in reading and math. Those kids will never be able to pass classes in college or get one of those powerful jobs. How can they complain about filling spots when they are disadvantaging those people who they want to fill those spots? It is a set up for failure.

When corporations and organizations talk about ‘equity,’ most are not referring to race or nationality because the bodies they are using as ‘equity’ are mostly white men who thinks they are women. Look at whi that physics association appointed as their DEI officer. A white man who thinks he is a women.
