Here is the insulting part of that dude saying he is taking personal time. Where are the mail order kids? As a mom, when my child was that young, you didn’t have personal time. As a parent, your time is always with the kids unless they are at school/daycare. If you walking outside, you are with the stroller letting the child get fresh air. It is obvious those kids are just an accessory to pull out when it is fashionable.
