  1. Four years ago, my child was accepted to USC (CA), a $70,000+ a year school. She graduated from high school with a 4.11 gpa, member of 4 different honors society clubs, beta club, mock trial, track, international club and did volunteer stuff. They offer her $15,000. She went to her state university where because of her gpa,free tuition. Before addressing tuition debt, they need to fix college costs.
