@edwardblake1407 Actually, for the first time in my life, I’m getting involved with local political meeting. I’ve also attended school board meeting (as a property tax payer because I have an adult child who went to private schools for K4-12) and election board meetings to learn about the process. Small but meaningful step because I ask questions and make comments in meetings expecting answers.

If the federal government wants to go this route, it is time to STOP using our property tax dollars on public schools. When parents pull their children from public schools, money should follow the kids. For parents who have adult children, they should have the choice where their money goes, public, private, homeschooling, charter schools or opt out.
