I agree, it wasn’t Neelys past that was factored in this action. It was his current psychotic, aggressive attitude that got him in that situation on that day.

Once again, the person defending himself and other are charged with a crime but not the very many career criminals are never held accountable. This would not be news worthy if Penny was black and Neely was black or white. Meanwhile, former NYC mayor’s wife received hundreds of millions of dollars for homeless and mentally ill programs which should have been available for Neely. But no one is NYC is questioning what happened to that money or the status of the programs that money was used for. She needs to be questioned.
