  1. How can the government mandate something that don’t work. If it worked, people who got would not be able to transmit it, continue to be hospitalized or die from it. Why do the protected need to be protected from the unprotected by forcing the unprotected to use the protection that didn’t protect the protected in the first place? Make it make sense.
