  1. The problem isn’t about making the court more diverse. That could have been the goal but you don’t say that part out loud. Now, they put a target on her back. It sets it up were people will fill quotas base on affirmative action and not experience.

  2. Yes, progressives want the selection to be based on identity not career record or experience. They fully support tokenism because for them, it is about what the body looks like not what they body can do. They know that body will rule base on ideology/tokenism not the constitution.
