  1. Why is Pence and others acting shocked that a 21 year old service member has access to high security material? Access to information is not base on age. It is basic math. Access to it is based on your job specialty. If someone graduates from high school at 18, goes into the military immediately, then go to a trade school for 6 months plus, get to your first command/duty station at 19. Since they are young, it will not take that long for their clearance or interim to go through.
