This is why I think the speakers race is so important. For too long, McCarty, a uniparty member, was playing the game hiding this man incompetence. The first thing that person should do after that first meeting is call out his incompetence and file a 25th amendment. For four years straight, Dems was always threatening to 25th amendment Trump when he didn’t walk down the ramp fast enough, held a cup differently, tweeted mean things, he was not as incompetent at this senile mutt. It is obvious he cannot function independently. He can not do anything impromptu. Now, I understand when officials uses notes that have the person they are speaking to name and a tidbit of personal information on the notecards but it don’t have the entire conversation for that official to read off.
