  1. The way to combat lazy work at home employees are to create a tracking software making it mandatory for employees to download. This software tracks their location, websites, files, documents accessed during working hours and keystrokes to make sure they are working on company approved projects. Heck, this software should be added at work terminals as well, removing the tracking part. As someone who worked in IT, Facebook used to be a top website accessed during working hours until we blocked it. And the good news is there were no personal cellphone allowed in the building.
