  1. Instead of protecting citizens from the criminals by arresting them, they are advising them how not to be attacked. Don’t they realize they are also telling the criminals to now look at people who are dressing down?

  2. I have attended some of my state’s legislative hearings. There is a mental health bill where they are using some of the guidance from California, Illinois and New York. I testified why are we trying to emulate states with failed mental health and crime systems?
