  2. Making excuses about Nina is ridiculous. Back in 2008, when many of my coworkers were using MySpace and Facebook, as I was preparing for my Navy retirement 5 years later, I knew social media would be reviewed as part of the hiring process. So, I wasn’t active or I kept it professional at all times. It is that simple. These people know but they just didn’t care.
