  1. None of those people discussed the ‘root causes’ of the problem which is the costs of college will continue to rise if this bailout happens. Address the excessive high tuition costs, overpaid professors, the useless degrees given that have no return of investments, colleges should be held responsible for the debt for their faulty service, colleges should have job placement programs to ensure they good jobs so they can repay their loans and employers and colleges should be the ones to help payoff that debt not tax payers.
