If GOP win both houses in November, one of the first acts they do should be to implement a federal government freeze with exceptions for Junior service members (only) and seniors, do an audit and STOP all NGOs, private organizations , international aid, etc. If people really believe those organizations should be helped, let them seek out private donors not federal tax dollars.
