  1. I had a problem with my Samsung HE washing machine over the weekend. I contact customer service, who by the way was in the Philippines. Her attitude was just buy another one. I responded to her, what you hear about Americans are false and misleading. Most of us don’t just buy something new because the government says to. We wait until things break.
