@KYBlooograz However, the permission slip was for a girls league and I think the parent would be able to make the claim base on the school broke the policies when they allowed gender segregation not biological sex. This is why I feel the argument should be to have policies and laws for spaces, sports, titles, based on biological sex segregation and stop using the word gender.

I hope that athlete parents sue the school district, athletic conference and state DoE for pain and suffering. It is a damn shame, this is the second time this year, the biological girls have to lose out on playing opportunities or use of their locker room (VT) because of a male body who thinks he have more rights to female leagues and spaces. And it is also a damn shame adults are so afraid to call a spade a spade.
