  16. This is a misleading title. Many people didn’t ‘support’ how January 6 turned out. People hated the hypocrisy of politicians and the media supporting riots, burning, looting, lives lost during 2020 and made a big fuss of this one day where a small group of people did something. Additionally, the big deal Congress and media is making from this day didn’t or isn’t affecting most Americans unlike what inflation, food shortages and high crimes are doing to communities...something those people are not discussing.

However, during my daughter’s 12th grade year, her best friend, an 18 year old, were burnt alive from a car accident. Even if her parents had sued the car maker or driver for ‘incompetent reckless actions,’ that would not have brought her back. Sentencing this man to death, will not bring the lives lost back. Even if this man permanently ‘hurt’ himself because of the grief he have to live with, that will not bring the lives lost back. It’s a sad situation and that man already have to live with what happened.
