  1. This is a crazy story because of something crazy that happened. When I read what Andy Ngo said, the police went to stop the German instead of the dude with the weapon and the police ending up getting hurt from the dude with the weapon. That sums up European policing today here the local is confronted immediately and the people with the weapons are ignored.
