  19. That would have been my child if she had went to USC. A $70k a year school, school offered $15k scholarship for a 4.1 GPA, 32 ACT. I’m glad she made the economic choice and stayed in her home state where that GPA awarded her free school tuition. Now, she wants to run up debt for her MFA. God bless this society.

That October 1st deadline resulted in some people’s loans being canceled and it was much more than $10,000/ $20,000. If they don’t fix the ‘root causes,’ attack the reason why tuition continues to rise fast, nothing will change. It definitely will not change since many Dem lobbyists and donors come from the education industry. I notice how liberals cries that this student loans cancelation is to help minorities but the many videos the media are showing isn’t showing any. Just because some people were told not to pay it because of covid didn’t mean they should have stopped paying it ESPECIALLY if they continued to work during it. I agree interest rate is a problem but EVERY loan have interest rates so why shouldn’t this. People should expect that the higher your loan balance is, the longer it will take to pay it off or have a higher monthly payment, just LIKE A MORTGAGE. If you look at the breakdown of mortgage payments, it is the same thing where interest is most of the loan. That person with a $528,000 is like a mortgage loan amount with a typical mortgage payment is over $3,500.
