  1. Neoliberalism was arguably created by the Austrian bankers in the late 19thc but it was certainly coined by the WLC in 1939 and advanced by the likes of The Mount Pelerin Society et al since then. It isn't about a minimal role for the state, it's about a small state for thee but not for me.
