Parents- please keep an eye on your kids, who they hang out with- only good kids and not rebels, make your home welcoming and be open in your communication. Don’t let them go out late at night. Because they will get bad habits. Government - Spend money on the youth, they should be busy and money should be spent on ones who need help so they don’t get into crime.
