  1. Ah I love the low IQ here If any building was damaged in a riot it would be hate. If any building is damaged or Graffitied on then it would be vandalism. Also it depends on the reason why it’s happened, if it’s a couple of bored school kids then it’s vandalism.

  6. Some pavements are not council owned they are private. I’m not sure on the jurisdiction of that particular road but Aparently it’s was a no protest zone and also private land.
